Gas Codes
Two new gas codes available from the Canadian Gas Association and CSA International B149.1-00 Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code and B149.2-00 Propane Storage and Handling Codes have not yet been adopted by the Province of Ontario. Contractors, technicians, ROT holders, and others are cautioned that the 1995 versions of the natural gas and propane codes remain in force. Adoption of the new codes is expected in 2001.
