Construction Safety Association of Ontario NOTICE OF 2003 ANNUAL MEETING

The membership of the Construction Safety Association of Ontario (CSAO) consists of voting members comprised of: (a) all employers within the meaning of the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act, 1997 who: (i) are registered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) in one or more of those rate numbers representing the construction industry; and (ii) have an active payroll within the WSIB’s construction classifications in the current fiscal year and pay WSIB assessments in these classifications; (b) Directors of the CSAO; and (c) Members of Standing Provincial, Regional, and Trade/Sector Labour-Management Health and Safety Committees established in accordance with the CSAO’s By-Laws. Take notice that the Annual Meeting of voting members of the CSAO will be held at the Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre, 6750 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario, on Saturday, the 3rd day of May, 2003, at the hour of 9 o’clock in the morning, local time, to: receive and consider the 2002 Annual Report, the financial statements and report of the auditors; elect Executive Council Directors and Officers; appoint auditors and authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration; and transact such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
