Contribution to defray cost

      22.  (1) The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board shall require Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 employers under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 to make payments to defray the cost of administering this Act and the regulations The regulations made under this Act .  The Lieutenant Governor in Council may fix the total payment to be made by all employers for that purpose.

      (2) The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board shall remit the money collected from employers under this section to the Minister of Finance.  1997, c. 16, s. 2 (11).
