Some newer browsers are unable to play this program.
If you have received a 42. Unspecified error when trying to run the Fall Arrest program, your browser may be unable to load the java applets needed to run it. We are attempting to resolve this issue, which may arise from incompatability between javascript and Microsoft XP. New versions of these programs will soon be available in a different format.
If you have experienced other types of errors, please try these tips for loading the Fall Protection and Fall Arrest programs successfully:
- Try loading the program by clicking on the image instead of the browser button.
- Make sure that you have successfully downloaded the Java Runtime Environment (Version 5.0 Update 6) from Sun Microsystems.
- Make sure you have restarted your computer after downloading the Java software.
- Clear your browser's cache. This forces it to load the latest version of a Web page. For more info, click here.
- Visit the Java Tester Page to check whether your browser is capable of running Java applets.
- In your browser's Internet Options (Security tab), ensure that the "Scripting of Java applets" option is enabled.
- In your browser's Internet Options (Advanced tab), ensure that the "Disable Script Debugging" option is checked.
- If all else fails, try accessing the program from a different computer (preferably one which has an older version of the Microsoft operating system installed).
